This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Serve as the technical lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications.

• Design and create scalable and resilient solutions.

• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and platforms.

• Uphold high standards of code quality, security, and performance.

• Contribute to the technical architecture and development guidelines.

• Conduct code reviews and provide support to fellow developers.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, consultants, and business teams.

• Analyze and address complex technical challenges.

• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and engineering practices.

• 5–8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.

• Demonstrated ownership of complete Dynamics 365 implementations.

• Extensive experience with Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.

• Practical experience in C# plugin development and JavaScript customization.

• Proven experience in building integrations between D365 CE and external systems.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.

• High degree of autonomy, ownership, and technical leadership.

• Nice to have: Experience with D365 CE and D365 F&O integrations.

• Experience in Connected Field Service / IoT.

• Knowledge of asset management domains.

• Exposure to e-mobility or EV-related projects.

• Experienced in utilizing AI tools in daily workflows.
