
Lead Enablement Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute an enablement strategy that aligns with Motive's global sales goals.
• Modify existing programs and devise new solutions specifically for the Mid-Market team.
• Create customized enablement initiatives for Direct and Channel Sales, as well as for Business Development, Account Executive, and Account Manager roles.
• Gather and synthesize field intelligence through call monitoring, interviews, conversational insights, and collaboration with AI Operations and QA.
• Enhance enablement solutions and propose interventions to address gaps or amplify successes.
• Partner with global enablement professionals, including peers in Mid-Market field enablement.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of enablement initiatives, encompassing planning, documentation, execution, and evaluation.
• Develop and modify enablement resources, including AI tools, sales playbooks, product updates, competitive insights, and best practices for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct large-scale live training and small-group coaching sessions for GTM teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.
• Strong preference for experience in international markets.
• Demonstrated history of developing and scaling enablement programs across various organizations and regions.
• Experience in creating enablement solutions utilizing AI technologies such as Glean, Claude, or Gemini.
• Certification in at least one sales methodology, such as Challenger Sale, Force Management, Solution Selling, or Value Selling.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Customer-centric, results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment.
• Must have authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
