Site Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, which include principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer support and guidance to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence and successful execution of studies.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance site engagement and maximize site performance through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to create and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the unique needs of each study and site.

• Track site performance metrics and deliver regular updates to study teams concerning site engagement activities and results.

• Participate in clinical research activities, taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
