This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the recruitment process for a designated portfolio of Corporate & Business Functions, from identifying hiring needs to securing offer acceptance.
• Serve as the key Talent Partner for functional leaders, offering insights on hiring strategies, talent availability, compensation, location, and candidate profiles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify business requirements, challenge role specifications, and set search priorities.
• Provide valuable market intelligence and recruitment data regarding talent availability, competitiveness, and hiring trade-offs.
• Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies targeting European talent markets.
• Manage pipeline health and hiring results, identifying potential risks and bottlenecks while executing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate structured and objective assessment processes, coaching hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Uphold operational discipline within Greenhouse and workforce planning processes, guaranteeing accurate data, documentation, and prompt communication.
• Contribute to various Talent projects, process enhancements, employer branding efforts, and the establishment of new sites or organizational structures.
• Significant experience as an in-house Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruiter, preferably within a rapidly expanding or complex organization.
• Background in recruiting for Corporate, Commercial, Marketing, Communication, Executive Support, or other Business Functions.
• Proven track record of managing an end-to-end hiring portfolio with minimal daily supervision.
• Demonstrable ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and constructively challenge hiring decisions when necessary.
• History of translating market intelligence, candidate data, and recruitment insights into clear recommendations for hiring managers.
• Strong judgment and capability to independently address risks and determine when escalation is required.
• Proficient direct sourcing skills and experience in building talent pipelines across European markets.
• Capability to prioritize effectively among multiple searches and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• High standards regarding operational discipline, follow-through, and the quality of recruiting data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and senior internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
