This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Define and spearhead the Direct to Consumer (DTC) eCommerce data strategy, ensuring alignment between digital analytics and objectives related to growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Propel profitable growth by correlating marketing expenditures, merchandising choices, and customer behavior with Lifetime Value (LTV), margins, and retention rates.
• Establish sophisticated marketing frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) incrementality, to enhance marketplace performance.
• Develop customer lifecycle strategies through cohort analysis, segmentation, and personalized approaches across acquisition, conversion, and retention phases.
• Create forecasting and predictive models to facilitate demand planning, inventory strategies, and revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with leadership to impact pricing, promotional strategies, and digital investment choices.
• Discover and apply new tools and technologies to improve digital analytics and personalization capabilities.
• Supervise the comprehensive DTC funnel performance, optimizing homepage, category pages, Product Detail Pages (PDPs), cart, and checkout processes.
• Manage the digital experimentation strategy, including A/B and multivariate testing, to elevate conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV).
• Oversee performance in customer acquisition across paid media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email, SMS, and affiliate channels.
• Ensure thorough data collection, tagging, and governance across all analytics platforms and tools.
• Design and uphold executive dashboards featuring consistent key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels and campaigns.
• Foster cross-functional alignment among marketing, merchandising, operations, and technology teams to implement data-driven initiatives.
• Promote and maintain a positive safety culture by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to a safe work environment.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in web analytics, focusing on strategy development and implementation, is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing various web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 360, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and HotJar, is required.
• Highly advanced skills in managing profiles, integrating third-party tags, and formulating tagging strategies are necessary.
• Experience with Tealium Tag Manager is preferred.
• Extensive capabilities in creating and delivering both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI are required.
• Proficiency in analyzing the customer journey and assessing product performance is essential.
• Experience in A/B testing, optimization, and collaborating with UX/UI teams for data-driven design modifications is required.
