Lead Docket Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• We are looking for a Lead Docket Implementation Specialist to assist law firms in establishing and optimizing their intake technology stack, primarily utilizing Lead Docket, Filevine, and Vinesign. This position is perfect for individuals who comprehend the workings of law firms, enjoy creating structure amidst chaos, and can convert client requirements into automated, scalable workflows.

• You will collaborate closely with client success and coaching teams to implement new configurations, maintain templates, and consistently enhance the client’s system. This dynamic, detail-oriented role offers opportunities for creativity, independence, and meaningful impact.

• Responsibilities

• - Customize and implement Lead Docket, Filevine, and Vinesign systems tailored to client requirements

• - Develop and update task flows, deadline chains, section layouts, and document generation templates

• - Configure contact sources, intake logic, source lists, lead routing, and e-sign workflows

• - Execute real-time customization during client meetings as necessary

• - Convert requirements into mapped fields, custom forms, and automated workflows

• - Provide post-launch system support, iterate based on client feedback, and maintain documentation

• - Ensure data integrity through cleanup, field mapping, and testing

• - Collaborate across departments to ensure system builds align with quality control, coaching, and reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• **What We’re Looking For**

• - 2+ years of experience with Lead Docket, Filevine, or Vinesign (or similar CRMs)

• - Confident in fast-paced, client-facing environments

• - Understanding of law firm operations, preferably in personal injury or high-volume practices

• - Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities

• - Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing competing priorities

• - Experience in technical implementation, automations, or intake systems

• **Bonus Points If You Have:**

• - Experience with CallRail, Zapier, or custom integrations

• - Previous experience as an intake specialist, legal assistant, or law firm administrator

• - Ability to create SOPs or technical documentation

• - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot

• - Certified Implementation Specialist
