This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Drive demand planning and forecasting by creating and implementing sophisticated models that anticipate store labor requirements and sales figures.
• Collaborate with field leaders and store personnel to confirm forecasting results and collect operational insights.
• Work alongside the Lead Director of Engineering to integrate new technologies, automation, and analytics into forecasting methodologies.
• Convert forecasts into practical scheduling and labor strategies.
• Manage labor budgeting and provide support for P&L.
• Over 10 years of experience in Operations or Workforce Management positions.
• More than 8 years of experience in team leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Willingness to accommodate limited travel (5%).
