This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Formulate and implement Trade growth strategies: Identify and roll out innovative initiatives to achieve or surpass growth objectives.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives: Design, construct, and conduct analyses to fulfill business case requirements utilizing data.
• Incubate and introduce new growth prospects: Ensure effective project management of new ventures by collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee personnel: Manage daily operations, including setting work tasks, objectives, priorities, and fostering colleague development.
• Generate thought leadership as requested by executives: Conduct research, extract relevant insights, and prepare responses for senior enterprise stakeholders.
• At least 10 years of applicable work experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in Strategy and/or Corporate Development within the healthcare sector, with a focus on expertise and experience in the PBM or pharmaceutical segments.
• Over 3 years of experience in creating effective presentations for both cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, oral and written communication, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
