• Establish and nurture effective, value-oriented relationships with essential network providers.

• Develop and oversee the Keystone Value-based Network.

• Forge strategic alliances with provider partners.

• Create innovative value-based solutions.

• Oversee the entire value-based contracting process.

• Assess and execute network strategic initiatives.

• A decade of relevant experience.

• Strong negotiating skills at a comprehensive level.

• Proven success in negotiating value-based contracts.

• Experience in reviewing medical claims data.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Capability to operate within a matrixed organization.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of professional experience and education.
