This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Continuously evaluating market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory factors to inform strategic direction, assist teams in problem-solving, and swiftly introduce new solutions to the market.
β’ Impacting decision-making by collaborating closely with senior executives and business partners across all organizational levels to comprehend business objectives, client requirements, and operational viability.
β’ Defining and refining the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps in alignment with enterprise and client necessities.
β’ Monitoring product performance and driving ongoing enhancements through data analysis and feedback.
β’ Managing multiple simultaneous initiatives while effectively prioritizing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Collaborating across functions to gain insights into high-level product strategy as well as specific product details to clearly communicate market value.
β’ Streamlining complex pricing and financial strategies to establish strategic product positioning.
β’ Effectively communicating and presenting to educate both internal and external stakeholders on current product messaging.
β’ Supporting go-to-market initiatives by developing ideal client fit criteria, forecasting, analyzing the market, and incorporating client feedback.
β’ Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of product leaders while promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
β’ Contributing to CVS Health's efforts in attracting, retaining, and engaging a diverse and inclusive consumer-centric workforce that fulfills our mission and mirrors the communities we serve.
β’ 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, strategy, enablement, or innovation within PBM, pharmacy, health plans, or healthcare services.
β’ 3+ years of experience in people management.
β’ Direct experience with PBM pricing models and strategic positioning.
β’ Strong business and financial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategy.
β’ Curiosity: Collaborates with business partners to understand their strategies, challenges, and goals; works with senior leaders to uncover opportunities for implementing solutions.
β’ Communication: A confident and succinct verbal communicator; produces effective written communication with minimal input from senior leaders.
β’ Detail orientation: Sets priorities and executes organizational strategy.
β’ Leads the development of solutions that involve high complexity and risk with implications for the business area.
