This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Define and implement a cohesive and integrated portfolio strategy along with a multi-year roadmap for CVS Health's pharmaceutical data and analytics products, services, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and oversee portfolio governance frameworks that guarantee coordinated development, prioritization, and strategic alignment across various organizational verticals.
• Act as the enterprise representative for the analytics portfolio, facilitating regular cross-trade and enterprise syncs with partner business units (e.g., Specialty, Retail, Aetna, Legal, Marketing) to foster alignment and execution.
• Convert portfolio strategy into a comprehensive portfolio execution roadmap, detailing milestones, dependencies, review cadence, and executive-level reporting.
• Provide counsel to executive leadership on portfolio trade-offs, sequencing decisions, and investment priorities while considering market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies (e.g., Agents, NLP).
• Own the commercialization strategy at the portfolio level and revenue enablement, ensuring cohesive positioning that aligns with broader enterprise offerings and revenue targets.
• Create and uphold a distinctive and cohesive portfolio narrative along with a modular collateral library to aid go-to-market efforts, pilot launches, partner engagements, and external communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify, assess, and further strategic pharma and emerging technology partnerships that enhance market reach and long-term value.
• Track portfolio performance, market signals, and commercialization effectiveness, leveraging insights to refine strategy, optimize execution, and promote continuous improvement.
• Champion the data and analytics portfolio both internally and externally through executive forums, partner discussions, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Over 10 years of experience in portfolio strategy, commercialization, analytics, product strategy, consulting, or comparable enterprise roles.
• Proven ability to plan, direct, and execute complex initiatives across highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong business and analytics acumen, with proficiency in applying data insights solutions, products, and services to strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts through visuals and executive-level messaging.
