This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establishing strategic partnerships
• Creating conceptual models
• Negotiating high-value contracts
• Leading a negotiation team focused on Health Systems, Hospitals, and Medical Groups
• Overseeing contract performance with a primary emphasis on provider engagement and financial outcomes
• Collaborating across various internal teams
• Assessing and executing strategic plans for provider networks
• Addressing escalated issues related to claims payments and contract interpretation
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expert-level negotiation abilities
• Proven success in negotiating contracts
• Strong understanding of financials and pricing strategies
• Experience collaborating with Contract Negotiators and Senior Network Managers
• Demonstrated knowledge of provider financial issues
• Familiarity with health plans/payers or large provider systems
• Proven analytical and financial competencies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
