Lead Director, Network Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and management of contracts

• Negotiate contracts with significant value and risk

• Work collaboratively across departments to oversee provider compensation

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare contracting

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role

• In-depth understanding of provider financial management

• Preferred experience with Medicaid regulatory standards

• A Bachelor's Degree is required
