Lead Director, Network Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Responsible for establishing strategic partnerships for the Kentucky Medicaid Health Plan

• Focused on creating conceptual models and negotiating high-value contracts

• Contracting duties encompass Medicaid and overseeing provider compensation

• Works collaboratively across departments to manage provider compensation and pricing development initiatives

• Tasked with identifying and addressing cost issues and collaborating on cost-saving strategies

• Represents the company with highly visible stakeholders

• Encourages collaboration with internal teams

• Assesses, contributes to the formulation, and executes the strategic plans for the provider network

• Aids in mentoring and developing team members within the department

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Expert-level negotiation skills with a proven history of successful contract negotiations

• Demonstrated experience in Medicaid provider contracting

• Practical experience in the development and contracting of Behavioral Health (BH) networks

• Proven capability to oversee the entire contracting lifecycle

• Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations

• Experience in developing or facilitating value-based arrangements

• Proven ability to establish, manage, and enhance strategic relationships

• Experience in presenting complex information to groups effectively
