Lead Director – Clinical and Digital Health Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Lead the identification, design, and execution of key clinical, population health, and digital member engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with clinical teams, product management, digital, analytics, technology, marketing, business units, and external collaborators.

• Oversee programs from initial concept through pilot testing, launch, scaling, and evaluation.

• Ensure clinical oversight, business alignment, and effective execution throughout the process.

• Discover opportunities and develop solutions for clinical and digital health programs.

• Assess performance, enhance outcomes, and foster continuous program improvement.

• Establish goals and expectations while creating efficient business and clinical processes.

• Lead executive reviews and advocate for change initiatives.

• Create strategies that maintain the clinical relevance, high quality, and innovation of programs, products, and partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in population health program development, clinical program design, product management, digital health, or related fields.

• Extensive knowledge of the clinical product landscape, digital and consumer health, and artificial intelligence.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving clinical, product, analytics, IT, and marketing teams.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.

• Experience in defining success metrics, developing business cases, and utilizing data to inform decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% annually.
