This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the Falcon Guide product roadmap from start to finish — Phase 1 focuses on guided discovery and rules-based conversion acceleration.
• Phase 2 involves personalized journeys, identifying buying groups, and integrating CJA/AJO.
• Phase 3 is centered around the integration of Charlotte AI and establishing a comprehensive agentic operating model.
• Manage the requirements, roadmap, and user experience for Falcon Guide to function effectively and enhance conversion, while tracking key performance indicators such as: Task-completion rate, Successful action rate, Latency, Cost per action, Adoption by customer segment, Time to value, Consumption, and scaled deployment.
• Collaborate closely with peer digital teams, including Design for guidance on prototyping and brand standards, Engineering for assessing technical feasibility, ensuring delivery against the roadmap, and transforming emerging AI patterns into reusable platform capabilities.
• Work with Digital PLG to synchronize Falcon Guide's trial funnel and personalization touchpoints with the overall conversion strategy.
• Partner with Digital Intelligence to evaluate engagement, discovery, and conversion across various customer journeys and segments.
• Collaborate with AIO and Content to optimize Falcon Guide's content structure, citation framework, and generated responses for AI discoverability, aligning with CrowdStrike's broader AI-share-of-voice strategy — treating Falcon Guide as both a conversion platform and a valuable citable content resource.
• Communicate Falcon Guide's priorities, progress, and performance to senior stakeholders, including leadership in Digital Experience and Marketing.
• A B.S./B.A. or equivalent is preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant product management experience.
• Proven experience in developing guided-discovery, recommendation, personalization, or conversational customer-facing products.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
• Familiarity with agent architectures, including planning, memory, tool utilization, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
• Experience in taking products from inception (0→1) and successfully scaling them.
• Capacity to coordinate engineering, design, go-to-market (GTM), and stakeholders without having direct authority.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills — capable of adjusting communication style across engineering, marketing, and executive audiences.
• Comfortable representing the senior product voice in a high-profile initiative that garners executive attention.
