Lead Digital Product Manager – AI, Data, Security Tooling Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the guiding vision for an AI-driven cyber operations ecosystem.

• Take ownership of the product vision and results for a well-established Security Operations Data Plane.

• Define the tooling readiness posture, outlining the operational protocols for security-related tools to maintain ecosystem standards.

• Manage portfolio strategy, roadmap, and outcome-oriented prioritization (OKRs/KPIs).

• Foster the adoption of ecosystem capabilities across various Cyber Operations job roles.

• Address conflicts between local optimization and the overall integrity of the ecosystem.

• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and governance stakeholders to guarantee a defensible and scalable delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in digital product management, platform product leadership, or enterprise product delivery.

• Proven track record of leading outcome-oriented portfolios in intricate enterprise settings.

• Strong leadership skills in stakeholder engagement, operational model discipline, and strategic communication.

• Experience with security data, observability, analytics, and telemetry ecosystems.

• Knowledge of KQL-style analytics and concepts related to security log data.

• Familiarity with telemetry pipeline patterns including routing, transformation, and normalization.

• Experience in facilitating AI adoption on a large scale through platforms rather than isolated features.

• Understanding of agentic AI governance principles such as guardrails, auditability, and safe actions.

• Experience in defining golden paths or internal models for platform adoption.
