Lead DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee highly available, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Maintain and enhance declarative infrastructure using Terraform within a complex, multi-hundred-file environment.

• Develop, sustain, and refine efficient automated pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

• Oversee enterprise networking boundaries and service mesh frameworks.

• Establish comprehensive telemetry, log aggregation, and alerting systems to ensure high availability.

• Uphold stringent security measures and manage identity and secrets storage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive proficiency in GCP & Kubernetes.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Expertise in CI/CD practices.

• Knowledge of Networking & Service Mesh.

• Understanding of Enterprise Security & Identity management.

• Familiarity with Database & Datastore systems.

• A minimum of upper-intermediate proficiency in both spoken and written English.
