Lead Developer, Integrations and Data Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for spearheading Integration workstreams for client implementations, focusing on the integration of the Specright product with various internal systems such as ERP, Genesis, and TOPS.

• Oversee data migration workstreams for client projects involving sensitive proprietary information related to supplier ingredients and formulations.

• Document technical requirements for integrations, APIs, custom development, and data migration processes.

• Provide estimates for technical efforts, identify potential technical risks, and suggest implementation strategies that align with project scope and budget.

• Offer technical guidance and best practices concerning system integrations, data architecture, and migration strategies.

• Deliver scalable and secure integration and migration solutions that facilitate the effective adoption of Specright.

• Aid in data imports, conduct quality checks, and verify client data accuracy.

• Experience in directing and collaborating with a distributed global implementation team.

• Conduct weekly technical training sessions and mentorship for the team.

• Support pre-sales initiatives by participating in sales calls and assisting in proposal development as needed, specifically regarding integration and data migration solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in leading data migration and integration workstreams within a SaaS environment.

• Strong comprehension of the Salesforce platform, integration patterns, and best practices for data migration.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with hybrid implementation methodologies.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications related to integration.

• Customer-focused with exceptional skills in building relationships with clients and project teams.
