Lead Developer, Enterprise CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Serve as Carrington’s technical authority on CRM, acting as the architect and primary administrator for all CRM applications.

• Offer technical guidance and consulting regarding CRM to business executives, end users, and the Project Management Office (PMO).

• Engage in business planning discussions that focus on CRM strategy, enhancements, integrations, and operational challenges.

• Collaborate with business management and the PMO to plan new CRM applications and modifications to existing systems.

• Oversee system design activities and conduct business/system impact analyses on initiatives aimed at introducing, modifying, or upgrading CRM applications.

• Provide technical support for the planning, development, and implementation of CRM integration efforts with other enterprise systems.

• Lead activities related to workflow analysis and process engineering that influence CRM applications.

• Design, configure, test, and deploy modifications to CRM database fields, interfaces, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

• Maintain CRM architecture to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy and the needs of business units.

• Create custom CRM reports and dashboards as requested by various business lines.

• Adhere to Carrington’s SDLC practices, methodologies, and change control policies during the development and rollout of CRM applications and system changes.

• Produce end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids, and workflows.

• Train end users on new CRM applications and modifications to system features.

• Manage CRM security rights and user/group roles across all business lines.

• Deliver expert system administration support for CRM applications across all business lines, which includes researching and troubleshooting application bugs, replicating issues in the test environment, performing hot fixes, and coordinating upgrades.

• Assist users with daily issues, challenges, and inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, Servicing, and Marketing modules.

• At least seven (7) years of experience with JavaScript, SQL, and C# programming languages.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with RestAPI integrations.

• More than two (2+) years of experience with Microsoft Azure management.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is preferred.

• Proven experience with SDLC concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
