Lead Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Develop and enhance applications for customers

• Create and improve internal tools

• Design and optimize integrations and data pipelines

• Merge practical engineering with technical leadership and comprehensive ownership

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing production web applications, including at least 2 years in a lead, senior, or tech-lead role

• Proficient, hands-on expertise with React and TypeScript

• Strong backend development skills with Postgres and serverless/edge functions

• Experience with booking platforms and appointment data, along with an understanding of how this data relates to standard commerce tools

• Familiarity with marketing tools, including CDPs and Klaviyo

• Experience in tracking standard conversion metrics using Google Tag Manager

• Practical experience with analytics and event tracking pipelines

• Proven history of building and maintaining third-party API integrations (booking, payments, CRM, or similar) that are reliable in production

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or a similar agentic coding tool) as a fundamental part of your development process

• Capability to utilize AI tools effectively and safely

• Proficient in English at an advanced level

• Candidates must reside in Latin America
