Lead Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CEO on a daily basis to guide the company's vision and product direction over time.

• Play an essential role in shaping the brand and identity of Smartcuts.

• Lead the design approach focused on user experience for the product.

• Conduct interviews with users to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions and iterate on new concepts to bring to fruition.

• Develop a sophisticated design system and framework.

• Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for our web application and extension.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure successful feature deployment.

• Design and utilize metrics we gather to guide the evolution of our product.

• Revitalize our brand and landing pages.

• Create visually appealing email templates.

• Oversee the creation of product launch videos.
