Lead Data Analyst, Product Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Define, develop, and sustain Looker dashboards that monitor funnel conversion and essential product KPIs across various product lines, ensuring that all teams have a unified and reliable view of performance.

• Analyze user behavior throughout the entire journey (invite → onboarding → active usage → conversion) to understand the reasons behind metric fluctuations and identify the most significant opportunities.

• Design and assess A/B tests that are statistically valid and dependable for business decisions, collaborating with product and marketing teams to enhance conversion rates across our buyflows.

• Construct and manage dbt models in Snowflake that facilitate self-service analytics while maintaining consistent and reliable metric definitions.

• Evaluate opportunities and assess the impact of product launches to ensure that product teams prioritize the most impactful initiatives.

• Take ownership of ongoing performance reporting for key enterprise partners, working closely with customer success.

• Monitor product health, proactively identify anomalies before they impact the business, and provide quick, thorough analyses to address critical questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field.

• Proficient in SQL with extensive experience in modern analytics warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

• Practical experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests with robust statistical accuracy.

• Experience in creating dashboards and self-service reporting using a BI tool (Looker preferred, experience with Fullstory is an advantage).

• Strong understanding of funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and user journey analytics.
