This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Lead the design and advancement of scalable data, analytics, and AI platforms.

• Architect and enhance Databricks-based data pipelines and enterprise data solutions.

• Propel the creation of machine learning, NLP, Generative AI, and operational intelligence capabilities.

• Provide actionable insights and executive-level reporting.

• Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for ensuring data quality.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, and AI teams.

• Offer technical leadership, coaching, and daily guidance to engineers and data scientists.

• Extensive experience in designing scalable data platforms.

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or AI Engineer.

• Robust experience with Databricks, Spark, and cloud data platforms.

• Proficiency in developing AI/ML solutions using Python.

• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, NLP, and forecasting.

• Comprehensive understanding of conversational AI ecosystems.

• Experience in implementing CI/CD frameworks, version control, and automated testing.

• Proven ability to build scalable dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing BI tools.

• Capability to independently manage complex initiatives with competing priorities.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Generative AI, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted automation workflows.
