This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Customer support and onboarding: Utilize scalable methods to assist numerous customers.
• Product usage and health: Examine usage patterns to enhance customer retention.
• Churn and risk management: Identify potential churn proactively through ongoing data analysis.
• Growth of customer accounts: Recognize and promote expansion opportunities in partnership with the sales team.
• Product feedback: Proactively gather and communicate customer insights to guide product enhancements.
• Data management: Maintain the quality of CRM data and record customer interactions.
• Projects: Spearhead initiatives to advance and expand Customer Success.
• 2–3+ years of experience as a Senior Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in German and English (both spoken and written).
• Analytical mindset paired with a strong sense of accountability.
• Problem-solver with experience in up-selling and cross-selling.
• Capability to prioritize tasks according to customer needs and business impact.
• Some experience in process design, automation, and scaling.
• A highly motivated and dedicated team that prioritizes a positive working atmosphere.
