Lead Customer Success Manager, Order-to-Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Lead high-impact Order to Cash (O2C) consulting initiatives across commercial affiliates and regions.

• Serve as the main advisor for regions, affiliates, and senior stakeholders.

• Foster innovation by collaborating with affiliates to improve all enabling factors.

• Represent the Value Stream to regions and affiliates.

• Create market-focused O2C consulting packages, business cases, and implementation strategies.

• Utilize Customer & Process Insights to track performance and suggest enhancements.

• Participate in the O2C Value Stream Committee to assist in portfolio prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in consulting and the healthcare sector.

• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Process Management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of O2C business operations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven experience in managing complex projects employing agile project management and change management techniques.
