This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Establish customer accounts; support onboarding processes; orient stakeholders; navigate administration portals; introduce support resources.
• Identify opportunities for growth; analyze platform utilization and client environments; conduct success planning and strategic discussions; align business objectives with product implementation.
• Perform evaluations; suggest solutions and architectures across DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance services.
• Conduct technical health evaluations; assess data security, privacy, and AI governance posture; deliver quarterly reviews on value and adoption.
• Monitor indicators to identify churn risks early; develop mitigation strategies; collaborate on renewal tactics with actionable technical insights.
• Create business cases; define value realization; articulate expansion possibilities; arrange checkpoint reviews with stakeholders.
• Engage with CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and Data Leadership stakeholders providing clear updates on risk, status, and opportunities; support executive discussions and align roadmaps.
• Work together on adoption and expansion initiatives to enhance customer success.
• Operate under a long-term account assignment model linked to ARR and growth potential, typically covering Strategic and Enterprise accounts with substantial annual contract value.
• Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap; influence expansion and renewal results in partnership with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
• 12+ years in customer-facing technical positions focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software (e.g., Technical Consulting, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer).
• Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.
• Strong experience in conducting technical assessments, driving adoption initiatives, and delivering measurable customer outcomes; familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms is advantageous.
• Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, or similar industry credentials.
• Demonstrated ability to convert business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.
• Skills in engaging executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, Chief Data Officer) with the capability to synthesize technical, business, and risk signals into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
