πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish customer accounts; assist in onboarding; orient stakeholders; guide through administration portals; introduce support channels.

β€’ Identify opportunities for growth; analyze platform utilization and customer environments; facilitate success planning and strategic sessions; align business objectives with product adoption.

β€’ Conduct assessments; recommend solutions and architectures across DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance services.

β€’ Perform technical health evaluations; assess data security, privacy, and AI governance stance; deliver quarterly value and adoption assessments.

β€’ Monitor indicators to detect churn risk proactively; define mitigation strategies; collaborate on renewal tactics with actionable technical insights.

β€’ Develop business cases; define value realization; articulate growth opportunities; schedule review checkpoints with stakeholders.

β€’ Engage with CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and Data Leadership stakeholders by providing clear updates on risks, status, and opportunities; support executive discussions and roadmap alignment.

β€’ Collaborate on initiatives for adoption and expansion to foster customer success.

β€’ Operate under a long-term account assignment model linked to ARR and growth potential, typically covering Strategic and Enterprise accounts with substantial annual contract values.

β€’ Own the technical success strategy and adoption roadmap; influence expansion and renewal results in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles centered on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software (e.g., Technical Consulting, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer).

β€’ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.

β€’ Strong background in conducting technical assessments, leading adoption programs, and delivering quantifiable customer results; familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms is advantageous.

β€’ Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, or similar industry credentials.

β€’ Proven capability to convert business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.

β€’ Skills in engaging executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, Chief Data Officer) with the ability to synthesize technical, business, and risk indicators into clear recommendations.

β€’ Exceptional communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
