This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The individual will engage in the execution of implementation projects for the Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Collect business scenarios, workflows, and client procedures, considering the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM to craft the solution.
• A minimum of 5–6 years of experience with the specified technologies.
• Previous experience (either formal or as a technical reference) in leading development teams on medium- to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform development.
• Strong understanding of Plugins (.NET / C#) and Custom Workflow Activities.
• Experience in developing Web Resources (JavaScript and HTML).
• Familiarity with Power Automate and custom connectors.
• Knowledge of Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven Apps).
• Integration experience using Dataverse Web API, OData, and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, Service Bus).
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns (webhooks, ETL, event-driven).
• Skills in version control and branch management (Git Flow).
