This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and develop campaign and brand strategies, encompassing brand voice, messaging, style, and content architecture.
• Perform creative exploration by researching UK market campaigns, social trends, and user behaviors to discover effective messaging angles.
• Formulate strategic campaign concepts that transform insights into actionable frameworks for digital content.
• Convert concepts into practical digital assets, overseeing production workflows for high-volume video advertisements, short-form scripts, and performance-focused content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess performance data (CTR, conversion rates, CPA) and refine creative assets for maximum acquisition efficiency.
• Ensure that all content aligns with BJAK’s new UK brand voice while pushing the limits of creativity.
• 4–6 years of experience in a hands-on creative strategy position concentrating on performance creative, digital content, or campaign strategy within high-growth B2C brands or agencies.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases the ability to convert strategic insights into high-performing digital video and mobile-first content.
• Proficient in digital content production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and delivering optimized assets.
• Demonstrated capability to utilize campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) for evaluating, refining, and scaling creative concepts.
• Skilled in design tools and video production/editing software.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to oversee complex cross-functional workflows.
