Lead Consumer Products Designer – DTR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process for DTR accounts throughout the EMEA region

• Provide innovative and trend-focused design solutions

• Collaborate with the regional commercial team to present to potential partners across EMEA

• Conduct research and analyze current fashion, social, and consumer trends

• Develop inspiration mood boards and presentations

• Generate new style guide directions and toolkits

• Supervise the product development and approval process

• Work closely with partners and cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant licensing experience

• Extensive knowledge of Softlines, especially in fast fashion and ladieswear

• Familiarity with home wear, hardlines, and accessories

• Strong background in graphic and product design

• Experience with brand style guides and assets

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Product Design or related art disciplines

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
