Lead Consultant, Sitecore

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Contribute to and create stories for intricate features within your areas of responsibility, while guiding the story development process for team members who are still learning.

• Organize, lead, and conclude feature review sessions addressing complex business issues and requirements, documenting the resulting decisions; provide coaching to junior team members regarding their features and delivery.

• Develop functional designs using moderate technical skills to tackle complex business processes, issues, or to fulfill the requirements of a set of product features.

• Configure or develop within the Sitecore CMS and review new vendor release features to ensure proper operation.

• Utilize Sitecore defect resolution procedures and support tools to address and resolve issues.

• Engage in pair programming and Test-Driven Development on a full-time basis to build websites using the Sitecore CMS, leveraging Sitecore Experience Accelerator for Headless sites.

• Offer training to fellow team members and users, assisting in the development of team capabilities.

• Apply knowledge of integrated requirements to assess proposed software products in alignment with strategic corporate and vendor directions.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and review of module and integration testing for all but the most complex projects.

• Manage issues and blockers related to assigned features and product stories.

• Collaborate with business groups and technical teams to provide expertise and support in resolving technology issues across various business areas, recognized as a subject matter expert in multiple processes and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining customizations and websites on the Sitecore CMS platform (Required).

• At least 1 year of experience in developing and maintaining customizations and websites using Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) for Headless Sites on Sitecore 10.x (Preferred).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in developing and maintaining React-based clients for Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) for Headless Sites on Sitecore 10.x (Preferred).
