This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Utilize expertise in Quality Engineering and testing domains (Automation, Performance, Data Quality, AI, White Box, Black Box) to guide and define test planning.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes by executing both manual and automated testing, achieving comprehensive coverage across functional, system, data, and AI components.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of detailed test strategies, quality processes, and documentation for designated projects.
• Keep precise records of results, test cases, and provide constructive feedback to the project team.
• Guarantee that all QE deliverables adhere to quality standards, aligning with project goals and organizational best practices.
• Oversee the defect triage process.
• Create and validate test data, data pipelines, and infrastructure from both functional and systemic viewpoints.
• Assess and test machine learning models, focusing on LLM behavior, prompt robustness, model outputs, and performance metrics.
• Guide junior team members, advocate for QE best practices, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the Quality Engineering discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field.
• Extensive background in QA methodologies, test planning, automation, and quality engineering practices.
• Strong expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or similar languages.
• Practical experience in testing data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytics platforms (preferably Databricks or Fabric).
• Knowledge of machine learning principles, model evaluation metrics, and AI system behavior.
• Capability to evaluate LLM behavior, prompts, and AI model outputs.
• Proficient in executing comprehensive test plans for AI models and systems.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proven capacity to collaborate cross-functionally and influence engineering teams.
• Enthusiasm for innovation, continuous learning, and keeping abreast of emerging QE and AI technologies.
• Relevant certifications (such as Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is preferred.
