Lead Consultant – Product Management, Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.

• Ensure that the product portfolio is consistently aligned and meets established goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish desired outcomes and success metrics.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of user requirements.

• Advocate for and design smooth user experiences from initial concept to final execution.

• Implement the strategic product vision, translating it into actionable stories, designs, or code.

• Utilize raw data to extract significant and actionable insights that guide product direction.

• Engage in discussions regarding architecture, UX, business, design, analytics, and retrospectives.

• Work closely with both technical and non-technical team members to define product objectives.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues towards a unified strategy and execution.

• Innovate and address challenges using new modeling techniques or tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in product development.

• Proven track record of successful execution.

• At least 1 year of experience working with Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS Machine Learning, including hands-on experience.

• Experience in integrating Generative AI into products.

• Proficient in agile methodologies, including iterations, point systems, and refinements.

• Comfortable working in an agile environment characterized by ambiguity.

• Capable of navigating complex data environments and utilizing insights for product decisions.

• Ability to independently analyze and query data to uncover insights and recognize patterns.

• Familiarity with SQL.

• Basic coding skills in Python are a plus.

• Experience in executing and scaling products with Generative AI/Agentic AI is advantageous.

• Must pass a background investigation.
