• Assist our IlluminateRx business line by executing financial models, analyzing and interpreting data, supporting strategy formulation, implementing performance enhancements, and/or assisting with project management tasks to boost engagement and value.
• Lead a team dedicated to enabling clients to achieve measurable and sustainable improvements in their initiatives by promoting the use and adoption of RxB products and solutions.
• Implement annual financial models for both new and existing business ventures.
• Offer ad hoc analytical assistance to address pricing-related inquiries.
• Provide strategic pricing guidance for RFP pricing submissions.
• Analyze critical metrics such as utilization rates, cost trends, marketplace developments, regulatory changes, and other factors influencing pricing.
• Offer leadership and direction to create innovative pricing solutions along with new program offerings.
• Collaborate with IT on data to facilitate enhancements to models, custom analyses, data mining, and report generation.
• Execute segments of assigned project plans; prioritize tasks to meet project milestones and achieve intended goals.
• Evaluate ideas for enhancing products, services, tools, and methods in relevant functional areas.
• Contribute to the creation of intellectual capital materials (e.g., case studies).
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in pricing, actuarial, or underwriting is required.
• A minimum of 5 years in a PBM or PBM Consulting Firm is required.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in analyzing, modeling, or forecasting Commercial Pharmacy data.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (or other coding languages) is required.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities are required (e.g., analyze and interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights).
• Experience with 340B, Pharmacy Revenue Integrity, Retail/Specialty Pharmacy, and LDD is required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to address complex business challenges.
