Lead Consultant – Oracle Enterprise Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Configure and enhance the Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform (FAIDP), which includes developing data augmentations and extending semantic models;

• Set up, implement, and optimize the Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) to align with client data management requirements;

• Set up and implement Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to deliver data visualization and analytical solutions;

• Create engaging data visualizations that empower clients to extract valuable insights;

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making;

• Design and implement analytics and data warehousing solutions that effectively store, manage, and deliver data for analytical use;

• Formulate strategies for data integration, ETL processes, and data migration across various systems;

• Produce thorough documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and best practices;

• Lead and mentor data analysts and junior consultants, offering guidance on best practices and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics;

• Demonstrated experience in analytics and data warehousing, with an emphasis on Oracle OAC, FDI, and ADW;

• Practical experience with Oracle Cloud Services;

• Expertise in data modeling and ETL processes;

• Strong background in Oracle Fusion Application;

• Solid understanding of financial analytics and reporting;

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, communication, and client-facing skills;

• Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members;

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on accountability for results;

• Language proficiency: English: Proficient.
