• Oversee multiple mid to large-scale and complex consulting projects concurrently.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of Oracle SCM Applications along with industry best practices to provide clients with cost-effective solutions tailored to their business scenarios.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and client personnel to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Detail customer requirements, document them, and present for client approval.
• Recognize and apply innovative strategies to overcome challenges in product implementation and integration.
• Evaluate current systems and data to uncover new requirements, acknowledging the necessity for system enhancements or modifications as needed.
• Create unit test scripts and coordinate with clients to conduct User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements or custom solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle to address service requests.
• Lead and manage various phases of the system life cycle, including gathering business requirements through workshops, analysis, design, configuration, and development of Oracle Financial applications, conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRP), facilitating User Acceptance Testing, preparing for Go-Live, and providing post-production support.
• Formulate and execute long-term strategies for clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep all parties updated on project progress, challenges, and changes.
• Work closely with clients to gauge their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs. Perform comprehensive assessments to identify opportunities where technology can enhance efficiency and drive improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on technology solutions and tools that can optimize client operations, assisting clients in making informed choices regarding the adoption and implementation of new technologies.
• Partner with third-party vendors and suppliers to acquire necessary hardware, software, or services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure optimal terms for the client.
• Provide ongoing technical support to address any issues or concerns that may arise post-implementation.
• Continuously assess the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization, offering recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, etc.
• MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with over 3 years in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• Must possess experience with Oracle Cloud modules including Manufacturing and Maintenance.
• Strong consulting background and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analyses, design business processes, manage Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), perform functional configurations, and oversee testing of procurement ERP solutions.
• Proven track record in guiding clients through business process enhancements.
• Capable of leading a team, working independently, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in leading or managing projects is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• High commitment to surpass performance expectations.
• Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements.
• Senior-level expertise to independently manage client expectations.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Preferred consulting experience in a similar role within a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience is necessary.
• Prior experience in IT companies is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
• Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Implementation Professional certification is required.
• Oracle Maintenance Cloud Implementation Professional certification is required.
