
Lead Consultant, Oracle Cloud Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, which encompass Workforce Compensation, Total Compensation Statements, and Salary Administration;
• Organize requirement gathering workshops with HR and business leaders;
• Convert business requirements into scalable and efficient Oracle Cloud configurations;
• Offer strategic insights on compensation best practices and system functionalities;
• Set up Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, including planning setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet design, modeling, and budgeting;
• Assist with integrations involving Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and external systems;
• Lead testing phases (POC, CRP, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities;
• Create functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations;
• Collaborate with technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners;
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and associated risks.
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Proven experience in leading a minimum of three end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations, including quarterly patch cycles and regression testing;
• Practical experience with Workforce Compensation, Salary Basis, and Total Compensation Statements;
• Familiarity with at least one Redwood Compensation implementation, including Visual Builder Studio customization;
• Experience in US Compensation, particularly in supporting Unions/Bargaining Units;
• Active Oracle Compensation Certification;
• In-depth knowledge of HR and compensation processes (merit, bonus, stock, budgeting);
• Capability to design complex eligibility rules, fast formulas, and compensation cycles;
• Proficiency in at least one additional Oracle Cloud HCM module;
• Ability to plan work efforts, prioritize tasks, and articulate complex information clearly and concisely;
• Language proficiency: English: Proficient.
