This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in driving critical strategic initiatives focused on AI, automation, and innovation, playing a vital role in execution and scaling.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Escalent group's products, tools, solutions, and technological roadmap.
• Connect insights and recommendations to anticipated business outcomes.
• Deliver presentations of findings and recommendations, articulating the approach and rationale to business teams.
• Collaborate in the development, implementation, and scaling strategies with technology, development, and product teams.
• Utilize low-code/no-code/vibe-code agent development platforms to create tools or agents where applicable.
• Design and co-implement alpha and beta testing strategies along with internal/external rollout plans.
• Conduct alpha testing of products, features, and agents by evaluating edge cases.
• Organize and facilitate demonstrations, show-and-tells, and lunch-and-learns for both internal and external audiences.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on the effective, efficient, and ethical use of AI, innovation, and automation tools.
• Identify pertinent third-party AI/innovation tools through desk research and internal engagement.
• Collaborate with tool vendors to assess functionality, use-case relevance, and commercial viability.
• Work alongside Compliance and IT to qualify and whitelist tools for testing and trial purposes.
• Develop trial programs and obtain testing licenses.
• Collaborate with domain, functional, and corporate teams to evaluate tool effectiveness and added value.
• Keep abreast of advancements, trends, and product/model launches in AI and innovation.
• Prepare, maintain, and enhance documentation related to AI processes, guidelines, and protocols.
• Create self-learning materials, tool one-pagers, decision flowcharts, and SharePoint content.
• Contribute to AI upskilling initiatives by generating ideas and materials and leading sessions.
• MBA / Post Graduation from a recognized management institution.
• 5-7 years of experience in delivering Strategic Research & Insights projects across various industries, with a focus on international markets.
• Extensive experience leading project-based engagements and presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with internal process innovation and automation.
• Some experience in cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects.
• Practical experience with AI and innovative tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI and innovative tools.
• Experience in Qualitative and Quantitative Primary Research, Desk Research, and Process Analytics/Innovation is advantageous.
• Experience with low-code/no-code/vibe-code agent development and collaboration with tech/development/product teams is a significant plus.
