This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide migration services to support 11:11 Systems’ integration strategy for clients.
• Offer feedback to management as needed to ensure escalated tickets are properly prioritized and addressed.
• Assess incoming requests related to 11:11 Systems’ migration strategy and collaborate with the team to define technical requirements.
• Serve as the technical lead for the Cloud Integration team to resolve customer migration and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with various teams within 11:11 Systems, such as Operations, Infrastructure, and Development, to escalate issues as necessary.
• Take full ownership of project ticket(s) within your scope of responsibility.
• Adhere to 11:11 Systems’ best practices for effective service management.
• Provide outstanding customer service while fostering professional relationships.
• Manage escalated tickets, ensuring they are consistently followed up on.
• Mitigate migration-related incidents and problems effectively.
• Work with vendors to address support requirements.
• Ensure all escalated customer tickets are promptly addressed and escalated to vendor support as necessary.
• Improve team efficiency by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and seeking opportunities to enhance job performance.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues, aligning with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Handle all company data and information responsibly according to data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.
• Review and adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data privacy practices, annual compliance training certifications, and policy acknowledgments.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years recent experience as a hands-on, technical VMware administrator at the enterprise level.
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager).
• Experience managing scalable, highly available, mission-critical VMware infrastructures.
• Experience should encompass the implementation and management of multiple virtual environments.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware, OpenStack, AWS, and others.
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure services, including BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.
• At least 4 years of experience as a technical support representative with extensive hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, a positive attitude, and an aptitude for professional development.
• Must be detail-oriented and goal-driven, demonstrating technical expertise and consultative abilities.
• Capacity to pursue favorable outcomes for assigned tasks independently.
• Must be eligible to work in the assigned country without requiring visa sponsorship.
