
Lead Client Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Attend client meetings as required to discuss production processes, capacity, timelines, and more.
• Oversee client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle, which includes creating estimates, selecting suitable projects and sub-projects, assigning resources, monitoring project progress, and generating client/project invoices.
• Convert client requests and requirements into detailed technical instructions for production teams.
• Collaborate with clients, Client Growth, and project teams to address identified project issues and ensure that all client deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project details and supporting documentation, including change orders and rework, to ensure timely and precise invoicing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Initiate requests for new data items in accordance with the Master Data Management (MDM) process and guidelines, ensuring that accurate client, project, and financial details are accessible in the system.
• Collaborate with Client Integration and Client Growth to facilitate a seamless transition for new clients, attending pre-integration and planning meetings as necessary.
• Engage in, and occasionally lead, cross-functional teams to develop or modify processes, policies, and workflows aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, and more.
• Address and respond to inquiries from clients or their representatives concerning questions, report statuses, concerns, or general information requests.
• Utilize systems and databases to enter or retrieve client information as needed, ensuring all client data is current in the database.
• Aid in the resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as required. Additional duties may be assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in project coordination.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, prioritization, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning).
• Solid grasp and application of mathematical concepts.
