Lead Client Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initial estimation through to completion for designated client(s).

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, internal teams, and production vendors on ongoing projects.

• Act as a crucial intermediary between the client, internal team, and production, tackling complex issues with robust technical expertise.

• Guarantee the delivery of superior services and solutions from inception to final execution.

• Convert client requests and specifications into comprehensive, technical guidelines for production teams.

• Generate estimates, allocate resources, track project advancements, and ensure packaging standards adhere to strict protocols.

• Participate in client meetings related to production methodologies, capacity, and timelines.

• Manage extensive administrative tasks, initiate new data requests, and ensure precise, timely invoicing by monitoring change orders and reworks.

• Engage in or lead cross-functional teams to refine workflows, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, speed, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline (Advanced degree/MBA preferred).

• Over 5 years of prior project coordination experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Demonstrated experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, FDA regulations, and Print/Packaging settings.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.

• Strong global customer service abilities, with the capacity to manage both internal and external international stakeholders.

• Solid decision-making capabilities, proficient task prioritization, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and web applications.
