Lead C# Software Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the architectural vision and technology roadmap across all Stratus product lines.

• Propel the use of AI as a fundamental element for value delivery.

• Lead the transition from the ASP.NET monolith to a modular service architecture.

• Establish engineering standards through practical reference implementations, POCs, in-repo templates, and guardrails.

• Collaborate with the Data Architect to establish a cross-product data architecture and integration strategy.

• Enhance reliability, performance, and operational excellence in partnership with the platform team.

• Mentor senior engineers and elevate the technical standards across teams.

• Interact directly with customer-facing teams and clients to base architectural decisions on real-world workflow challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of professional software engineering experience.

• More than 4 years in a Principal Engineer, Staff+, or Architect position within a B2B SaaS organization.

• Extensive expertise in Azure and C#/.NET technologies.

• Proficient in multiple programming languages aside from C# (such as Python, Go, TypeScript/Node).

• Experience in leading the breakdown of monolithic applications into modular or service-oriented architectures.

• Proven experience in designing event-driven systems and integration architectures.

• Practical experience in enhancing reliability and operational excellence.

• Competent in contributing to and reviewing code across the entire stack, including frontend technologies (like VueJS or similar).
