📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to pinpoint their business challenges and devise suitable analytical solutions.

• Create Functional Specifications and engage extensively with business units and teams for gathering and eliciting requirements.

• Mentor direct-report Business Analysts to enhance their skills and foster continuous improvement in their work.

• Formulate test plans for new workflows and processes while documenting any changes to existing processes.

• Develop process models representing both current and future states for thorough process analysis.

• Conduct process assessments to determine efficiency and effectiveness, producing findings and recommendations for enhancements.

• Perform process gap analysis and fulfill transactional process documentation requests through consultative and proactive engagement methods.

• Oversee the entire document lifecycle to maintain consistent quality from the creation to the use of processes.

• Ensure adherence to procedures for controlling, preserving, safeguarding, and updating business process documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

• Prior experience in the insurance sector or Insurtech is essential.

• Proven track record in advising and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives, with key domain expertise in business readiness, business adoption, change strategy, visioning, execution, stakeholder management, benefits management, and communication.

• Basic knowledge of the technical development cycle for mobile applications or web portals.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum Framework for Project Planning & Release Management is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
