This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of business analysts across various scrum teams to develop the product backlog and establish business objectives.
• Take ownership of the backlog decomposition strategy and manage the product backlog for the complete product scope.
• Collaborate with customers to align expectations and manage scope effectively.
• Ensure transparency of the backlog through the use of metrics and automated dashboards.
• Define and implement the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready across all development teams.
• Keep prioritized work items prepared for sprint execution up to four sprints in advance.
• Direct PI planning and oversee deliverables, dependencies, milestones, timelines, and sequencing.
• Address impediments and clarify requirements in collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and customers.
• Facilitate retrospectives and Communities of Practice meetings to gather insights and enhance processes.
• Identify and manage risks, communicate mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are resolved.
• Work with architects, testers, product owners, and stakeholders on deliverables.
• Generate contractual deliverables in line with scope and timelines.
• Support the development of customer journey maps and conduct end-user interviews.
• Create process maps and narratives utilizing Microsoft Visio.
• Lead process-flow mapping and analysis sessions with the CMM team and Court staff.
• Examine opportunities for standardization and assess variations among court types and local regulations.
• Present findings from process analysis to the CMM team and Court staff.
• Maintain structured, accessible process-flow maps and narratives.
• Provide journey mapping, process mapping, analysis, and interview artifacts through Agile Scrum ceremonies and bi-weekly reports.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience supporting product owners and agile teams.
• Proven experience in leading and guiding multiple teams and business analysts.
• Skilled in gathering and synthesizing requirements from product owners, customers, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Experience in transforming requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Background in assisting with product scope, vision, and roadmap definition.
• Proficient in system analysis and possessing subject matter expertise on issues and bugs.
• Experience in conducting business process, workflow, and business process re-engineering analysis.
• Knowledge in designing legacy IT solutions for integration and deployment alongside active legacy applications.
• Experience in developing IT solutions for modernization and new development initiatives.
• Skilled in performing gap analyses, workflow analysis, Analysis of Alternatives studies, business process modeling, wireframes, and storyboards.
• Experience in delivering technical briefings and facilitating meetings for diverse audiences.
• Strong technical background with experience working alongside Solutions Architects and senior development team members.
• Hands-on experience in progressively elaborating highly technical epics and stories.
• Familiarity with assisting in testing by writing acceptance criteria and verifying test case outcomes.
• Experience in producing current requirements, estimating user stories, and eliminating roadblocks before sprints commence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BS/BA or MA/MS).
• Exceptional oral and written presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience in identifying and utilizing industry tools, solutions, methods, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Deliverables Management, and Process Analysis.
