Lead Bus Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develops and clarifies business scope and objectives through research and analysis, along with a thorough understanding of industry and business needs.

• Conducts functional analysis, defines requirements, configures application modules, and performs testing.

• Engages in prototyping, creates functional specifications, and establishes configuration tables.

• Responsible for identifying and addressing gaps within business processes.

• Participates in setting up security/authorization, creating user documentation, designing data interfaces, facilitating data migration, and performing reconciliation.

• May assist in the installation and optimization of modifications, as well as data archiving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, specialized training, or equivalent professional experience.

• Eight (8) years of pertinent technical or business experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of information systems and business processes.

• Extensive knowledge of requirements management, diagramming, and use case development.

• Proficient in process design, reengineering, and methodologies for requirements documentation.

• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Excellent vendor relationship management skills.

• Proficient in Project Management.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within deadlines.
