• Provide actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that enhance revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital platforms.
• Within the first 60 days, clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker with consistent definitions and metrics.
• Identify and rectify at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the first 90 days.
• Collaborate with FP&A and product teams to guarantee 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the conclusion of the second quarter.
• Produce ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations, averaging one analysis per month.
• Lead and document enhancements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to facilitate scalable self-service by the end of H1.
• Experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with a focus on digital marketing.
• Background in digital media or performance marketing sectors.
• Proficient in advanced SQL and Looker.
• Strong business acumen coupled with effective cross-functional communication skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics within digital media or performance marketing.
• Base salary determined according to market rates for the closest major metropolitan area and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework.
