Lead Barber/Barber Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading, inspiring, developing, and overseeing a team of service providers to meet defined goals and objectives.

• Ensure that the team’s efforts are in alignment with the organization’s objectives.

• Oversee daily operations while promoting a positive and efficient work atmosphere.

• Supervise and manage daily operational activities.

• Ensure that necessary supplies are available to maintain operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an instructor’s license or be willing to obtain one within the next 12 months to retain the position.

• Must have been employed with the company for a minimum of 90 days; however, developmental opportunities may be available for those with less than 90 days.

• Complete and pass the LSB Leadership Training.

• No issues with attendance.

• Absence of recent disciplinary actions.

• Reliable transportation is a must.
