This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the standard for the application of Gravity Sketch within automotive design processes, remaining at the cutting edge of advancements in 3D, VR, and AI to provide innovative, customer-centric solutions and workflows. You should be motivated by exploring new working methods and dissatisfied with conventional practices.

• Create and disseminate best practices, reusable frameworks, and new workflow methodologies to foster scalable success within the team.

• Shape the delivery approach of the broader Design Consulting team through your contributions and expertise.

• Spearhead intricate onboarding programs, advanced workshops, and cross-functional training sessions that generate tangible value for clients.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate new working methods.

• Adapt your delivery style for diverse audiences, ranging from hands-on designers to senior stakeholders.

• Partner closely with the Customer Success manager to synchronize account strategies and rollout plans.

• Work with Sales on late-stage opportunities and strategic demonstrations.

• Offer organized feedback to Product based on actual customer workflows and challenges.

• Promote user engagement by planning and executing demos, training, pilots, and project support for various audiences.

• Take charge of developing scalable training content that motivates a variety of cross-functional users across design, engineering, CMF, and other business functions to incorporate the tool into their workflows.

• As the lead, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to coordinate strategic rollouts and partner with leadership to manage quarterly planning across the account.

• Define and diligently monitor success metrics throughout engagements, crafting compelling narratives around adoption, workflow transformation, and ROI, and clearly conveying these results both internally and externally.

• Oversee and allocate resources necessary to support our customers based on their journey stage.


⛳️ Requirements

• Located on the East Coast of the USA, with a willingness to travel quarterly at the manager's discretion for onsite delivery.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with software in automotive design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Gravity Sketch, and other 3D, AI, and CAD programs (e.g., Rhino, Alias, Catia, Modo, KeyShot, Blender; not all are mandatory).

• Advanced understanding of using Gravity Sketch in the automotive design process. Familiarity with the design process in industrial design or engineering is advantageous.

• Strong grasp of automotive design workflows (concept → Class-A surfacing → visualization).

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with strong teamwork abilities are crucial.

• Highly self-motivated; capable of functioning independently and leading engagements without close supervision.

• Strong organizational capabilities, managing multiple high-impact projects effectively.

• Comfortable operating within a hybrid, globally distributed team.

• Passionate and inquisitive: A keen interest in VR, design, and understanding product development; a curious nature that enjoys deep dives into problem-solving.

• Grit: A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a desire for success; willing to get hands-on and assist wherever necessary.

• People-oriented: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong listening and relationship-building abilities; adept at adjusting communication styles to suit various personality types.
