This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Accountable for comprehending the business's needs, delivering solutions to enhance efficiency, and supporting solutions deployed within the organization.
• Acts as a bridge between business operations and automated solutions, focusing on workflow architecture.
• Responsible for overseeing multiple workflows and possessing in-depth knowledge of their effects across all systems.
• Guides less experienced engineers through mentorship.
• Effectively manages time, priorities, and customer expectations across various projects.
• Receives technical guidance from senior team members and engages in a knowledge-sharing environment.
• Participates in agile team methodologies.
• Researches and identifies the best solutions for workflow-based process automation.
• Designs and develops the optimal automated processes based on workflows identified.
• Tests and certifies the implemented optimal automated processes based on workflows.
• Analyzes business requirement specifications and translates them into functional specifications.
• Writes and maintains technical specifications in accordance with functional specifications.
• Maintains source level control for all workflows.
• Troubleshoots and resolves defects and incidents promptly.
• Provides process support, which entails problem research, analysis, resolution, and on-call assistance.
• Communicates effectively with business users, sponsors, and various product teams.
• Ensures product adherence to sound engineering principles, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
• Guarantees that all technology practices comply with regulatory security standards.
• Analyzes existing solutions and technologies utilized by back-office applications.
• Promotes cross-platform development, collaboration, and solutions.
• Advocates for necessary changes to standards.
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar technology bootcamp.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 8 years of IT experience in roles related to applications development, workflow automation, and business process reengineering.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, security, and authentication processes.
• Practical experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Preferred knowledge of technology stack (MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, MS SQL Server, Azure, Copilot Studio, Agent Development).
• Understanding of implementing and managing Privacy and Security Policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Stays updated on emerging workflow automation technologies and makes informed recommendations.
• Strong skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Capable of researching software-related issues and products.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Takes initiative to optimize time usage, benefiting departmental and company objectives.
